2. Safe & Compliant Operation During Running
- Follow standard startup procedure: confirm clean environment → switch on main power → turn on clean air source → equipment self-inspection → set process parameters → no-load trial run → formal production. It is forbidden to skip self-inspection.
- During operation, do not put hands or tools into feeding plate, bag making area, cutter and high-temperature sealing zone. Once material jamming, poor sealing or counting error occurs, press emergency stop immediately, cut off power and air supply before handling; never run the machine with faults.
- Do not modify key parameters such as running speed, sealing temperature and counting quantity randomly during production. Avoid touching high-temperature sealing parts to prevent scalds. Never touch medical screws and sterile cavity with bare hands.
- Monitor the whole process of feeding, counting, bag making, sealing and coding in real time. Abnormal noise, peculiar smell and overheating shall be checked immediately. Keep complete records of production batch, quantity and operator to meet medical product traceability requirements.
3. Shutdown, Cleaning & Maintenance Specifications
- Normal shutdown procedure: stop feeding → empty internal materials → stop packaging → turn off air source and power → clean and disinfect the clean area of the equipment. In case of emergency shutdown, cut off power and air supply in time and check material pollution risks.
- Before maintenance, cut off power and air supply strictly, implement LOTO lockout-tagout, and hang maintenance warning signs. Clean and disinfect the cavity and material channel daily; calibrate counting accuracy and check sealing tightness weekly; test emergency stop and safety interlock monthly.
- Key components of medical model adopt 316L stainless steel corrosion-resistant material. Replace sterile seals and air filter elements regularly. All records of cleaning, maintenance and sterilization shall be filed for audit.
