Overview
This full-automatic assembling machine is dedicated to 5mm,10mm &12mm laparoscopic trocar cannulas. It is developed with differentiated production flows for varied sizes and adopts rotary-table automatic production, integrated with front-rear conveyor lines, robotic manipulators, visual inspection, UV dispensing & curing and automatic silicone oil spraying to realize standardized, precision assembly of trocar cannulas.The machine features high versatility: only fixture replacement enables production of all three specifications. Minimal manpower is needed only for raw material feeding and finished product collection.
Trocar designs vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so detailed component structures are not displayed here. Custom non-standard automation solutions are available per customer’s product drawing.
