This equipment is designed for the fully automatic assembly of stainless steel spring clips and ligation clips.

8-Step Automated Assembly Process:
- Lower Case Tray Feeding: Manual loading of lower case trays into the machine, with storage for 10 trays of materials.
- Manipulator Automatic Loading: Automatic picking of materials from the feeding tray by manipulator and placement onto the assembly track.
- Visual Inspection: Automatic visual inspection of spring plates to verify their angle accuracy.
- Ligation Clip Automatic Feeding: Automatic feeding of ligation clips via a specialized vibrating bowl feeder (one clip per cycle, continuous operation).
- Clip Positioning: Automatic separation and precise positioning of ligation clips.
- Clip Assembly: Automatic picking of clips by manipulator and insertion into the lower case.
- Automatic Inspection & Unloading: Visual inspection of finished products to detect missing clips, followed by automatic unloading to the receiving tray.
- Automatic Tray Unloading: Automatic tray replacement when full, with storage for 10 empty trays.
