Process Description
11-Step Automated Assembly Process:
1. Feeding: Automatic loading of light source boards and lamp cups.

2.What is the specific size range of E14 lamps that the equipment can adapt to?
A2: The standard size range of E14 lamps adaptable to the equipment is: maximum diameter ≤ 50mm, height ≤ 120mm (excluding lamp holder). If the size of your product exceeds this range, please provide detailed size parameters for our evaluation on whether equipment structure adjustment is needed.
3.Can the equipment adapt to E14 lamp cups or bulb shells of different materials?
It can be compatible with E14 lamp cups and bulb shells of common materials (such as PC, glass, aluminum). For special materials (such as fragile glass, special coated materials), please inform us in advance. We will optimize parameters such as pressing force and conveying speed to avoid product damage.
