Tailor-made for the core processes of laparoscopic trocars—a category of high-value medical consumables—this custom assembly line integrates a full range of advanced functions including precision vibratory bowl feeding, vision-guided positioning, automatic press-fitting, and air tightness testing. Realizing unmanned assembly from scattered components to finished trocar caps, the line redefines production efficiency and quality standards for the sector compared with traditional manual assembly modes. It boosts production efficiency by more than three times, maintains a stable product yield of over 99%, and effectively eliminates contamination risks caused by manual operations, fully complying with GMP production norms.
"Laparoscopic trocar cap assembly demands extremely high precision and stability, as even the slightest deviation may jeopardize surgical safety," a project leader of Synrit stated. "Leveraging multi-dimensional visual inspection and force control feedback technology, our equipment ensures the assembly precision of each trocar cap is controlled within ±0.02mm, building a solid first line of defense for the product quality of our downstream customers."
